Everything Peerfold does, in one list

Academy is where customers learn your product. Community is where they help each other use it. Partners sell it for you. All three share one member profile and one CRM record.

Academy

Build an LMS that scales at the same speed you do

Create courses, certify people, sell training, and put every result on the customer record.

01

Create

Courses without the maintenance tax
  • Course editor

Three panes — outline, canvas, inspector — with autosave, undo, and learner preview into any lesson.

  • 21 block types

Rich text, video, quizzes, flashcards, walkthroughs, downloads, and more.

  • AI course creation

Paste your source material; review the outline, then the drafted lessons. Nothing auto-publishes.

  • Quizzes & exams

Server-graded quizzes with a pass threshold you set, timed exams, open-ended answers in a grading queue, and retake controls.

  • SCORM courses

Bring your existing SCORM library as-is. Plays natively, no per-learner fees.

  • Video & audio

First-party video with chapters, captions, and must-watch gates. One click narrates any lesson.

  • Audio lessonsProfessional+

One button reads the lesson aloud and puts a player at the top of it. Bring your own speech account and pay your provider's price, with nothing added.

  • Live sessions

Schedule sessions, take attendance, and count them toward completion.

  • Learning pathways

Chain courses into programs with an order and a finish line.

  • Landing pages

A public page per course or program, ready for your campaigns.

  • Reuse & curated courses

Link a lesson instead of copying it, build a course from lessons you already teach, or clone one into another workspace you administer.

  • Versioned publish

Learners always see the finished version while you work on the next.

02

Certify

Proof a third party can check
  • Certificates

Serial-numbered, with a public verification page, designed in a drag-and-drop editor.

  • Certificate designerEnterprise

A visual canvas with merge tags, brand palettes, images and shapes. An issued certificate pins its design, so re-rendering an old one never changes it.

  • Open BadgesProfessional+

Every credential doubles as an Open Badge, issued under your name.

  • LinkedIn sharingProfessional+

One-click Add to Profile that posts to the learner's feed.

  • Issuer connectorsProfessional+

Issue the same completion through an outside credential network as well as your own portal. Revoking here revokes it downstream.

  • CEU credits

A running ledger of continuing-education credits per learner.

  • Training deadlines

Due dates with branded reminders and overdue visibility for the account team.

  • Recertification

Expiry cycles that reopen the exam and issue a fresh serial on pass.

03

Sell

Education as a revenue line
  • Checkout

Branded hosted checkout with guest purchase, promo codes, and refunds handled.

  • Memberships & tiers

Recurring plans with free trials and easy switches between tiers.

  • Team seats

Companies buy a block of seats and hand them out from their own portal.

  • Lead-gen mode

Flip any course into a lead magnet — the course page becomes the form.

  • Buy button

A small add-to-cart button for any page, with abandoned-cart reminder emails.

  • Recertification pricing

Renewals and recert cycles carry their own price and bill on schedule.

04

Learn

What your customer actually sees
  • Branded learner portal

Your logo, colors and fonts on your own domain, with the contrast checked for you and search always within reach.

  • No password to reset

Passwordless email codes, recognition of returning contacts, and post-purchase claim links.

  • Progress that resumes

Per-lesson time tracking, video resume positions, SCORM bookmarks, and a dashboard that opens where they left off.

  • Learner profiles

CRM-synced details, every certificate they hold, and their earned credits, on one page.

  • Six portal languages

English, Spanish, French, Italian and Norwegian built in, plus a sixth your workspace writes in any language at all.

  • AI tutorEnterprise

Answers a learner inside the lesson they are on, built from that course's own material, and says so where the course does not cover it.

05

Operate

Runs where your business runs
  • CRM-native sync

Completions, scores, certificates, and deadlines land on HubSpot, Salesforce, or Day.ai records.

  • Automatic enrollment

CRM lists enroll and remove customers as deals move — no manual roster.

  • Sync health

A live console showing every outbound write, with automatic retries, self-healing when a CRM record is deleted, and alerts on dead letters.

  • Organizations

Each company you train gets its own admin portal, progress views, and exports.

  • Single sign-on

Customers sign in with the login they already use at work, per organization.

  • ZapierProfessional+

Send any Peerfold event to the rest of your stack without code. Invite-only today.

  • White label

Your domain, your email domain, your certificates. Five languages plus your own.

  • Email from your address

A verified sending domain or your own SMTP, with a live preview and a test send before anything goes out.

  • Analytics

Course and learner reporting in the app, CSV exports when you want the raw data.

  • Multiple workspaces

Run one academy or a dozen: isolated workspaces, custom domains with managed SSL, and a switcher in the account menu.

  • Help on every screen

A panel that answers your own team from this deployment's guides, names the ones it used, and can walk somebody through the task on their screen.

  • Audit log & isolation

Every mutation audit-logged, credentials encrypted at rest, per-tenant CORS and frame allowlists, and strict tenant isolation on every query.

06

Build

The first LMS built agent-first
  • REST API

A complete OpenAPI 3.1 surface for the learner plane and the admin plane, with API keys, per-tenant CORS, rate limits and idempotency.

  • AI agents & MCP

A 120-tool MCP server and agent SDK run the academy — every write audit-logged, and the Help Center answers the agent too.

  • WebMCP page tools

The admin publishes tools to the browser's own agent surface. They read, navigate and stage: they fill the form and leave the button to you.

  • Agent DevKit

One download gives any coding agent CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, Cursor, Replit, Lovable and Copilot files, an llms.txt, and a .env that never carries a secret.

  • Headless LMS

The full LMS through React components or the API, inside your own app.

  • SDKs & embeds

A typed API client, React hooks, a small browser bundle, and the embeddable cart.

  • Signed webhooks

A twenty-three-event catalog, HMAC-signed, with delivery management in the app.

  • Sandbox & headless auth

PKCE flows, token exchange, and sandbox tenants with test keys, so an integration gets built somewhere safe.

Community

Create a community that scales with you

Peers answer the questions that come up after the course is done, in the same portal and on the same record.

01

Belong

The room where customers stay
  • Spaces

Topic-based areas you shape to your customer base, private or open.

  • Four visibility tiers

Public, signed-in members, members only, or invite only. The rule is decided on the server, on every surface, every time.

  • Discussions

Threads with rich media, next to the courses instead of in another tab.

  • Pins & solutions

A moderator pins the thread everybody needs, and marks the comment that answered the question so it sorts to the front.

  • Likes & follows

A like on any thread or comment, and a follow that keeps a thread in the follower's feed.

  • Live sessions

Office hours, AMAs, and events inside the same portal.

02

One identity

The same member everywhere
  • One member profile

Courses, credentials, and conversations under a single profile and login.

  • Earned standing

Certifications from Academy show as visible standing in the community.

  • No passwords to forget

Simple, passwordless sign-in — or the SSO their company already uses.

  • Member directory

Searchable, a card per member. A member can leave the listing without taking their name off what they wrote, and the product says which is which.

  • Member follows

A plain follower-and-following graph between members, shown on both profiles.

  • A for-you feed

The rooms they belong to and the threads they follow, newest first, filtered by the same visibility rule as everywhere else.

03

Keep it civil

Somebody is in charge, and it shows
  • Moderator roles

A cohort moderator runs one room; a workspace moderator runs every room, invite-only ones included. The two are independent.

  • Moderate in the portal

Pin, mark a solution, or take a post out of view where the discussion is. Hiding never touches the words, and Restore puts it back.

  • A moderation queue

Posts out of the portal, oldest first, beside the reports members filed. Closing a report and acting on the post are separate decisions.

  • Abuse reports

Anyone signed in can report what they came across. The report keeps what they said, and survives the thing it names being deleted.

  • Per-member permissions

Four switches for editing and deleting their own posts, plus the username gate. Inherit, Allow or Deny, one member at a time.

04

On the record

Community your revenue team can see
  • CRM engagement signals

Community activity lands on the contact record, right next to learning.

  • Discussions inside a lesson

A discussion block points a lesson at a cohort or a thread. The reader's own standing decides what it draws, and a private room draws nothing.

  • Community API & MCP tools

Twenty-four REST endpoints and thirty-one agent tools over the same service layer, with every write audit-logged.

  • Headless community

The full community through React components, inside your own app or HubSpot theme.

  • Your brand

Same white-label portal, domain, and languages as the academy.

  • A plan, or an add-on

The Community plan is community without an academy. On every other plan it is an add-on that leaves the plan exactly as it is.

Everything in both halves shares one member identity — so a certification earned in Academy is standing in Community, and both land on the same CRM record.

Capabilities marked Professional+ or Enterprise need that plan. Everything else is on every plan, deep HubSpot sync included. Community is its own plan, or an add-on to any of them, and the partner program below is an add-on too.

Partner program

Grow through the people already selling for you

Partners register leads, work deals and earn commission inside your own portal, on the same sign-in your learners use. Every registration, stage move and payout lands on the CRM records your revenue team already reads. An add-on to any plan.

01

Recruit

Partners with a portal of their own
  • A partner area in your portal

They sign in with the same emailed code your learners use and find a Partner link in the header. Somebody who is not a partner never sees it.

  • Tiers

A default commission rate, the pipeline and entry stage their deals land in, the stages that mean won, and a deal-name template with a live preview.

  • Eight permissions

Registering leads, taking one, creating deals, typing amounts, earning commission, seeing the assets. A permission that is off removes the surface instead of locking it.

  • Companies, or people

One choice decides whether a partner's own tier wins or their organization's. The other stays the fallback, so nobody loses a tier when you switch.

  • Your own vocabulary

Partner reads as dealer, installer or reseller throughout, because the word your program already uses is the one they will recognize.

  • View as partner

Opens their portal read-only in a new tab and writes an audit entry. You see exactly what they see and can save nothing as them.

02

Register

Leads and deals that reach your CRM
  • Register a lead

A partner registers a company and the duplicate check answers in one of five ways. Every refusal keeps what they typed and says what to do next.

  • Lead protection

The window is stamped at registration, so shortening it next quarter never reopens a claim somebody already made.

  • Your lead book

Every registration in the program. Set a status, hand it to another partner, or release it back to the pool, each logged with who did it.

  • Partner-sourced deals

Stage, amount and close date belong to your team. The partner's notes and forecast confidence belong to them and are never overwritten.

  • HubSpot in one press

The properties and associations the program writes to are added where they are missing and reported where they are not. Nothing is renamed or deleted.

  • Sync both ways

Your writes queue out; stage, amount, close date and owner come back every thirty minutes. The inbound pass only ever reads.

03

Pay

What they are owed, and the receipt
  • Eight figures, one answer

Leads, deals, pipeline, closed won, win rate and days to close over a window that lives in the address. Your partner's dashboard shows the same eight.

  • Worked out once

On the day a deal crosses a won stage, from the amount at that moment times the rate that answered. Changing a rate later rewrites nothing.

  • An append-only ledger

Accrued, payable and paid, plus a negative line when a won deal is un-won, so the running balance still adds up.

  • The partner's statement

Every line with its deal, its rate and where that rate came from. A tier that earns no commission has no such tab at all.

  • Payout runs

Approve, void with a reason, open a draft that reserves its lines, then record how you paid and the reference. A recorded run is a receipt and never changes.

  • Written back, never sent

Commission paid, its date and its amount land on the HubSpot deal. Peerfold keeps the ledger and moves no money: you pay the way you already do.

04

Equip

Something to hand out, and a link that says who sent them
  • Asset library

One-pagers, decks, logo packs and price lists, as a file or a link, with tags that become the filter buttons above your partners' grid.

  • Gated on the server

An asset a partner may not have never reaches their browser, so a Gold-only price list cannot be found by a Silver partner who knows where to look.

  • Referral links

One per partner, plus extra links aimed at a particular page, each counting its own clicks and signups so they can tell which is working.

  • One script tag

Installed once on your marketing site. It sets no cookies, and nothing is credited until your own form hands it an email address.

  • A lead beats a click

Where another partner's protection window is still running, the signup is recorded as not attributed with the reason on the row.
