- What counts as an active learner?
- A learner who signs in or makes course progress in a calendar month. Counts reset monthly.
- What happens at the cap?
- Nothing breaks. Caps are soft. We nudge you toward the next plan, and we never lock learners out.
- Transaction fees?
- 0% from us. Commerce runs through your own Stripe account.
- How does the trial work?
- Fourteen days, every feature switched on, no card required. Pick a plan when you're ready.
- AI Tutor allowance?
- 500 messages per month wherever AI Tutor is included.
- Annual billing?
- Pay for the year up front and save about 28% on any plan.
