Works with what you already run

Everything Peerfold connects to

Peerfold is not the system your company runs on. It is the place people learn, and it has to hand what they did to the systems that already hold the customer, the calendar, the money and the credential. Every connection on this page is switched on inside your own workspace, from a Settings page named on the card.

Nothing here is planned, and nothing here is a partnership announcement. If it is on this page, it has a switch in the product today, and a connection new enough to say so wears a beta tag.

CRM

Every result on the customer record

Connect a CRM once and the learning stops living in a report nobody opens. Learners become contacts, courses become records against them, and every start, finish, exam and certificate is written where your revenue team already works. Connect more than one at a time if you run more than one: each gets the same facts, and none of them waits on the others.

  • HubSpot

Connect your portal and Peerfold copies your courses, your learners and everything they do into the CRM as it happens: a contact for each learner, a course record for each course they are working through, the lessons they have finished, and an activity note on the contact's timeline. Marketers can then build lists and workflows on training the way they build them on anything else, and a rep opening a contact sees the course history without leaving the record. Grant the deal permissions as well and an order can be associated with a deal in the pipeline you choose.

  • Salesforce

The same picture in Salesforce: each learner becomes a Contact, and every course they start, finish, sit an exam for or earn a certificate from is recorded on that contact's activity timeline. It runs on the same queue as the other two, so a slow afternoon in one system never holds up a learner or the systems beside it.

    Help Center: Connect Salesforce

  • Day.ai

Sync learners, the companies they belong to, and their course progress into your Day.ai workspace, so the CRM that writes your account summaries knows which customers have actually been trained.

    Configure in Settings Day.ai

    Help Center: Connect Day.ai

  • HubSpot CMS

Put the courses on the website you already publish. Peerfold builds you two packages with your workspace address and publishable key already filled in: a companion theme, and a set of drag-and-drop modules that drop into whatever theme your site runs today and then appear in the page editor. Catalog, course hero, lessons, certificates and the lead-capture form become blocks a marketer can place, with no rebuild and no parent theme.

Live sessions

The webinar tool you already run

A live lesson can create the meeting for you, fill in the join link, and take the attendance itself once the session is over, which completes the lesson exactly as any other lesson completes, so certificates and credits follow from it. Live sessions also work with none of this connected: paste a link and mark the roster by hand.

  • Zoom

Create the meeting from a live lesson, or link one you already scheduled. After the session ends, Peerfold reads Zoom's participant report and marks everyone who was present for long enough, so nobody chases a spreadsheet to find out who actually showed up.

    Configure in Settings Live sessions

    Help Center: Live sessions

  • GoToWebinar

The same two things for GoToWebinar: create or link a webinar from a live lesson, and take attendance from its attendee report once the webinar has run. Several GoToWebinar accounts can be connected at once, for teams that run more than one.

    Configure in Settings Live sessions

    Help Center: Live sessions

  • Microsoft Teams

Create the Teams meeting from a live lesson, or link one you already scheduled, and take attendance from Microsoft's own attendance report once it has finished. Teams asks more of your IT department than the others, so the setup screen says up front which consent a Microsoft 365 administrator has to grant.

    Configure in Settings Live sessions

    Help Center: Live sessions

  • Contrast

Create the webinar from a live lesson or link one you already made, register your learners with Contrast automatically so each of them gets a personal way in, and take attendance from how much of the session each person actually watched, live or on the replay. Contrast's API is part of their Premium plan, which the setup screen tells you before you go looking for a key.

    Configure in Settings Live sessions

    Help Center: Live sessions

  • Wistia

Run the live event in Wistia, register your learners so each one gets their own way in, and let the recording fill itself in once Wistia publishes it. The same connection powers the Wistia tab in the course editor's video picker, so the videos you have already made are one click from a lesson.

Commerce and billing

Take the money, keep the record

Selling training is a Stripe account, not a new payments relationship. Money from your courses goes to your own Stripe account, and Peerfold takes no cut of it.

  • Stripe Connect

Connect your own Stripe account and charge for a course, a bundle or a membership. Payouts land in your account on your own schedule, the transaction fee Peerfold adds is zero, and every order shows up in the workspace beside the enrollment it paid for, so the sale and the learning are one record rather than two exports.

    Configure in Settings Commerce

  • Buy buttons on your own site

Paste one script tag into your site's template and any button you mark becomes an add-to-cart button with a cart drawer behind it. It works on a HubSpot CMS page, on WordPress, or anywhere else you can add a script tag, with no build step and no dependencies, so the course sells from the page your marketing team already ranks.

    Help Center: Sell your course

  • Stripe Billing

Your own Peerfold subscription runs on Stripe too. Change plan, add a module, update a card and read this month's usage from inside the workspace, and invoices arrive from Stripe the way the rest of your software bills you.

Credentials

A completion somebody else can verify

A certificate that only exists inside the platform that issued it is a PDF. These connections turn a completion into something a learner can show, a regulator can accept, and another system can check for itself.

  • LinkedIn

One press on a learner's certificate adds the certification to their LinkedIn profile: it posts to their feed and starts them following your company page. It is reach you did not pay for, from a completion you already earned, and the learner decides whether to use it.

  • Open Badges

Publish standards-compliant Open Badges 2.0 from your own portal, on your own domain. Any badge backpack or verifier can fetch the assertion, follow it to the badge and the issuer, and confirm the whole chain without asking you for anything.

    Configure in Settings Credentials

    Help Center: Certificates and credentials

  • Accredible

Already paying for Accredible? Peerfold pushes every completion into your account there and uses their credential page as the one your learners share. Your Accredible groups become the templates you map courses to, and there is a full sandbox for rehearsing a rollout before anything reaches a real learner.

    Configure in Settings Credentials

    Help Center: Certificates and credentials

  • Credly

Issue into the largest badge network, where AWS, PMI and CompTIA issue. Your Credly badge templates become the templates you map courses to, and revoking a credential in Peerfold revokes it downstream rather than leaving a badge in the wild.

    Configure in Settings Credentials

    Help Center: Certificates and credentials

  • Badgr and Canvas Credentials

Instructure's Open Badges service, connected by authorization rather than a pasted key. Every badge it issues is a standards assertion, which matters most to the education buyers who already keep their record there.

    Configure in Settings Credentials

  • Certifier

Certificate and badge issuing with a plain API and a free tier, for a program that wants an external credential without an enterprise contract behind it. Your Certifier groups become the templates you map courses to.

  • ACCME PARS

For accredited providers of physician education: when a doctor finishes a course, Peerfold files the completion and the credit it earned with the ACCME's Program and Activity Reporting System, which passes MOC credit to the certifying board. No spreadsheets, no batch uploads, no retyping a diplomate ID, and nothing is filed until a course is deliberately mapped to a PARS activity and the learner has given permission.

Workspace

The tools your team already pays for

The accounts your team signs into every day, wired in so nobody has to export a file to use them. These are your accounts and your bills: nothing here is resold and nothing is marked up.

  • WordPressBeta

Run the academy from the site you already publish. Connect once with a secret key and the plugin sets itself up: the site joins your allowed origins and gets back a publishable key, which is the only credential that ever reaches a page. Courses, reports, settings and help then open inside wp-admin as the real Peerfold screens, so there is no second editor to learn and no copy of your courses to keep in step. Six blocks, each with a matching shortcode, put the catalog, a course page, a learner's own courses, a certificate check, the account panel and the lesson player into your own theme, and turning on course addresses gives every course a URL on your own domain.

    Configure in Settings Developers

Help Center: Connect a site in one call

  • Slack

Put Peerfold where your team already is. Completions, certificates, overdue training and new discussions post into the channels you pick, one line per event, and the same event can go to more than one channel. There is a /peerfold command for looking somebody up without leaving the conversation, Peerfold links unfurl into a readable preview, and Slack's own assistant can be given Peerfold as a tool so somebody can ask it who has finished the onboarding course.

    Help Center: Connect Slack

  • Zapier

Connect this workspace to thousands of other apps without writing code. Zapier watches for things happening here, such as somebody enrolling, finishing or going overdue, and can enroll learners when something happens somewhere else, which is how a form on another system becomes a seat in a course.

    Configure in Settings Zapier

  • Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace

Single sign-on, both planes. Your team signs in to the admin with your company identity provider instead of a Peerfold password, and you can require it for everyone. Your learners can sign in with their own employer's provider through OpenID Connect, per organization, with a DNS record proving the domain belongs to them before anything is switched on. Any provider that speaks OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0 works.

    Configure in Settings Single sign-on

    Help Center: Single sign-on

  • Canva

Authorize the Canva account your team already designs in and the course editor grows a Canva tab. Import a design and it is copied into the lesson: a video design becomes hosted video with a transcript and chapters, an image becomes an image, a document becomes a downloadable PDF, and your Canva copy is untouched. Or embed a published design so it keeps updating in the lesson as you edit it in Canva.

    Configure in Settings Video

  • HeyGen

Connect the HeyGen account you make avatar videos in and the video picker grows a HeyGen tab. Pick a finished video and it is copied into your hosted library with adaptive quality, a transcript, chapters and watch tracking, so the lesson keeps playing long after HeyGen's own file links would have expired.

    Configure in Settings Video

  • Synthesia

The same for Synthesia: browse the library you have already made and bring a video into a lesson without downloading and reuploading it. Synthesia's share pages frame, so their card explains the choice between importing a copy and pointing at theirs.

    Configure in Settings Video

  • ElevenLabs

Narrate a written lesson in a voice you chose. Bring your own ElevenLabs key, pick the default voice and quality every new narration uses, and pay ElevenLabs their rate rather than a marked-up one. Learners get a player on the lesson and can listen instead of read.

Configure in Settings Audio & voice

    Help Center: Audio lessons

  • Google Gemini

The budget option for narration, on your own Google key, which can be the same key your AI tutor runs on. Google's terms ask for a paid-tier key before you narrate a course, and the setup screen says so rather than letting you find out from a rejected request.

  • Anthropic

Run the Peerfold AI tutor on your own Anthropic key rather than on the allowance your plan includes: your cost, your rate limits, and no monthly message ceiling. A Google key works here too, so a workspace already standardized on one provider does not have to open an account with the other. It is offered from day one rather than as an overflow, so you can own the model relationship from the first course.

Developers and AI

Build on it, or let an agent do it

Every screen in Peerfold is built on an API you have too, and every capability is also a tool an AI assistant can call. The whole surface is one OpenAPI contract, so the reference, the typed client and the agent tools cannot describe a product the server does not serve.

  • REST API

Read and write courses, lessons, learners, enrollments, progress and certificates over a documented REST API, with per-workspace keys, mint-your-own learner tokens for a browser, and CORS you control. The reference is rendered from the same OpenAPI 3.1 contract the API itself serves, so it cannot drift from what answers.

    Configure in Settings Developers

    Help Center: API reference

  • Webhooks

Get told rather than asking. Enrollments, completions, exams, certificates and publishes are delivered to your endpoint as they happen, each signed so you can prove it came from us, retried with a backoff when your server is having a bad day, and paused with a note when it has been having one for a while.

    Configure in Settings Developers

    Help Center: Webhooks

  • JavaScript and React SDKs

A typed client for a Node or browser project, React hooks for a Next.js front end, and a script-tag bundle for a page with no build step at all. Build your own catalog, course player or checkout against your own design system and let Peerfold be the back end nobody sees.

    Configure in Settings Developers

    Help Center: API reference

  • Model Context Protocol

Around fifty tools that let an AI assistant work in your workspace: outline a course, write the lessons, enroll a cohort, pull a progress report, search the Help Center. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect over an approval screen an administrator signs; a script uses a secret key. Every write is recorded in the audit log, and publishing is a tool somebody has to call on purpose rather than something that happens as a side effect.

  • HubSpot Breeze

HubSpot's own agent can be given Peerfold as a tool connection from Breeze Studio, without your team registering an application first. Approve the connection once, choose which tools the agent may use, and a rep can ask Breeze what a customer has completed while looking at the deal.

    Configure in Settings Developers

  • Course embeds

Drop a course or a single lesson into a page you already own with a launcher URL and an iframe. On a membership-gated HubSpot page the learner is recognized from the page itself and never signs in twice, and SCORM and xAPI packages launch the same way as ordinary lessons.

    Configure in Settings Developers

  • Repoint

Already running the older self-hosted HubSpot course theme? Keep the front end your site is built on and move the data underneath it to Peerfold, so learner progress is written here and the CRM keeps its copy for workflows and reporting. It is the migration path that does not start with a redesign.

    Configure in Settings Repoint

Some connections need a particular plan. The tier each one asks for is marked on the feature list, and every plan is compared in full on the pricing page.

What is not on this list

The WordPress plugin is not in the WordPress.org plugin directory yet. You install it from a file, and its card is tagged beta until the listing lands.

There is no Salesforce or HubSpot app listing to install from a marketplace. You connect Peerfold to the CRM from inside Peerfold, on a consent screen the CRM shows you.

Learning activity reaches HubSpot as records and timeline notes on the contact. Nothing here writes into another vendor's reporting product for you.

Connect the first one in an afternoon

Most of these take one press and a consent screen. Start a workspace, connect the system your team argues about the most, and watch a completion turn up on the record while you are still in the trial.

  • Seven-day trial, every feature on
  • No card to start
