Cohort calendars, Page Collections, and the partner portal on Sites

Cohorts can run on a weekly calendar with facilitators and breakouts, Page Collections turn structured records into Sites pages, and the whole partner portal now runs on Peerfold Sites.

New

Cohort calendars and release plans

Learn

A cohort can now run on a calendar. The cohort's Calendar tab sets a start date, a time zone and break weeks, and the course's release plan opens each chapter on a chosen week, weekday and time. Lessons then open on their date for each cohort's learners.

Learners see when each lesson opens on the course page, and a "Week N is open" email tells them when a new week starts. The email is on by default and can be turned off for a cohort. Due dates stay reminders; only the release plan locks lessons.

The Facilitator role

Connect

Cohorts have a new Facilitator role, set from the cohort roster. A facilitator moderates their own cohort, assigns breakouts, sees every breakout and edits the cohort's calendar. Facilitators also see every lesson ahead of the release plan.

Breakout groups

Connect

A cohort can be split into breakout groups, so each group's discussions stay within the group. Breakouts decide who reads a conversation and change nothing about who can open the course.

Page Collections

Sites

Page Collections hold structured records, such as a partner directory or a resource library, with 14 field types. Each record gets its own page on your site from one template, and a listing page lets visitors search, filter, sort and page through the records.

Records keep their versions and can go through review and approval, with scheduled publish and expiry and review reminders. A collection can also mirror a HubSpot custom object or a HubDB table.

Page Collections is an add-on for Peerfold Sites.

Forms that add records, and records you can sell

Sites

A Sites form can create a record in a collection, or let a signed-in member update their own. Changes wait in an approval queue before they go live, and partner company profiles are the first ready-made use.

A collection can also sell its records as one-time digital purchases, with buy and cart buttons on the page and files delivered only to buyers. Selling needs commerce on your plan.

The partner portal on Peerfold Sites

Champion

Every partner page can now run on your Sites domain: home and profile, leads, deals and the Deal Room, commissions, funding requests, agreements with drawn signatures, referrals and assets. Partner pages stay private and out of search.

The portal can sit at /partner on your main site, on its own site and domain, or stay on the Peerfold portal. Staying on the portal is the default, so nothing moves until you choose.

Partner admins

Champion

A partner can be a partner admin for their company. Admins switch between Mine and My company to see the company's leads, funding requests and referrals, open colleagues' records read-only, and reassign a lead within the company.

Program settings decide when partner admins see company commissions and who may sign agreements for the company. Invited partners can now read and sign the agreements sent to them before their seat is active.

Open-ended exam grading and answer feedback

Certify

Open-ended exam answers now count toward the score. Each one needs a Correct or Incorrect decision before grading can finish, and a preview shows the score and the result first. A grade can be changed later, and the status, certificate and CEUs follow it.

Quiz and exam answers can carry their own feedback, shown to the learner after grading.

New lesson blocks

Learn

A table block holds text and images in each cell, and stacks or scrolls on phones. An Image beside text block puts a picture next to rich text, and images can align left or right with text wrapping around them.

The course editor adds underline, indent and outdent. Live events can carry an agenda and files, and chapters show their total time.

Edit translations in place

Learn

Switch the course editor, a portal page editor or the Sites editor to a language and edit the translated words where they sit, with the layout locked. Untranslated parts are tagged, and Side by side shows the original next to the translation.

A translated Sites page can also use its own images, videos, links and downloads, so Spanish visitors can see a different video from French ones.

Academy access by audience

Learn

A members-only academy can now name an audience: Peerfold lists, HubSpot lists, or anyone with an active enrollment. Signed-in people outside it see that the academy is for a specific group, with options to use a different account or sign out. With no audience set, the academy works as before.

Resource library

Learn

Each resource can have its own access rule, and the library offers a view switch and link previews. Locked resources are hidden from people who can't open them, a setting that is on by default, and gated files download through short-lived private links.

AI agents on your site

Sites

A site can offer an MCP address at /mcp, so AI assistants can search and read its public pages, posts, courses and pricing, and verify certificates. AI agent access is off by default.

A second switch, also off by default, lets signed-in members connect an agent to their own courses, certificates, community and partner records once they approve it. Members can disconnect an agent from their profile, and admins can revoke it.

Community, events and video on Sites

Sites

Community and events pages now render on your Sites domain instead of sending members to the portal, and members can upload a profile photo there. The ideas board sorts ideas by votes, and moderators set each idea's status.

Sites pages can play videos from your Peerfold library, with a different video for each language.

Improved

Menus and merge fields

Sites

Sites headers can opt in to mega menus, with column groups, feature cards and more header layouts. Existing menus don't change. Merge fields show as chips you can drag into text, and sites can have members-only navigation and a header login menu.

Form submissions

Sites

Sites, Forms, Submissions lists every submission with its page's buying intent and exports to CSV. Signed-in members get forms prefilled. A form.submitted webhook fires on each accepted submission, Zapier has a New Form Submission trigger, and submissions can be saved to Day.ai as a note.

Analytics

Sites

The analytics home rolls up by product, and the Sites overview shows entrance pages by source, page paths, and human and AI agent visits for each page. Charts across the admin gain a legend, a hover readout and an accessible data table.

Lessons as cards

Learn

A course set to Lessons as cards shows thumbnail lesson cards under each chapter, on the portal and on Sites course pages.

Admin passwords

Workspace admins can change their password on the account page and reset a forgotten one from the login, with an email notice when it changes.

Fixed

General security and bug fixes across the platform.

Rollout

Peerfold Sites is a separate product from the LMS plans, and the Peerfold team opens Sites trials on request. Page Collections is an add-on for Sites. Cohort calendars, facilitators and breakouts need Community on your plan or as an add-on.
